My experience
Having been in a sales role for over a decade with fast-growing companies, having to adapt to change on a yearly basis, following a number of sales methodologies and diligently working in complex deal cycles, I have a skillset that suits being a coach.
Discovery - being able to dig deep and find out information through thought-provoking questions
Listening - this is a bigger part than actually speaking when it comes to sales, same for a coach
Creating a talk track that allows us to work together on goals, tracking the progress along the way
Confident - ability to listen to understand and not to reply, this way the conversations will flow and be conducive
Extremely organized which is vital as you need someone to hold you accountable and rely on
My vision
After going through a period of self-growth and being able to look back on how far I've come, it is now addicting because it's so rewarding. I've always taken great pride in helping friends through things, and now I want to help others to lead a more impactful life and start to reach their full potential.
